(7 am to 3:30 pm and 3 pm to 11:30 pm) rotating weekends. To provide enhanced milieu management including the oversight of UT using consistent language and therapeutic interventions. Assist patients in their program compliance and treatment adherence outside of set program hours. Assist in crisis management of patients. Run scheduled milieu therapy groups, as part of routine work and as needed for backup to other groups typically run by a therapist. Work closely with the clinical department to ensure that clinical assignments are carried out by the patient and clinical strategies are applied by the milieu staff. To facilitate communication among various team members both within the nursing department and outside the nursing department, i.e. admissions, clinical, psychiatry, nutrition, aftercare.   Position Requirements BSW or MSW and 1 year’s experience in behavioral health is required. This position requires providing service to Adults and Adolescents in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served.   This position is currently not accepting applications.
