Summary: VSolvit LLC is seeking a Program Control Analyst to support a variety of government contracts that have been awarded to our growing company. The contracts span DoD and other governmental organizations, and work is performed at both VSolvit offices and customer sites. We are looking for skills that will assist our growth through the understanding of WAWF, CLIN’s, SLIN’s and help align our financial tracking, forecasting, and budgeting across projects. The Program Control Analyst will use analytical tools, both computer-based and theoretical projections to show trends and resource needs then share this information with management and Program Managers. The Program Control Analyst tracks contract and overhead expenses for the Program and Project Managers as well as supports the Program and Project Managers in the preparation and on-time delivery of required contract deliverables. In addition, the Program Control Analyst will develop and deliver financial status presentations to company managers and Government customer contract representatives as business need dictates. The Program Control Analyst will determine financial status by comparing and analyzing plans and forecasts with actual results. Improve financial status by analyzing results and variances, identifying trends, and recommending actions This position requires a self-starter that is detail-oriented and possess the strong communication skills both verbal, written, virtual and during staff meetings.
As with any position, additional expectations exist. Some of these are, but are not limited to, adhering to normal working hours, meeting deadlines, following company policies as outlined by the Employee Handbook, communicating regularly with assigned supervisor, and staying focused on the assigned tasks.
***This position would require the person to be at the Chesapeake, VA office 3 to 4 days per week***
