We are seeking a Foreign Military Sales Analyst (Senior) to join our team in Arlington, VA, supporting a DoD customer. The ideal candidate will: Support program efforts associated with Foreign Military Sales cases, including planning, programming, implementing, executing, reconciling and closure, as well as Price and Availability and Letters of Offer and Acceptance documentation. Support Foreign Disclosure Reviews, Software Review Checklist, and Missile Technology Control Regime reviews. Prepare Obligational Authority worksheets for case implementation for funds distribution to appropriate activities. Review and monitor Foreign Military Sales case financial status, cost, and payment schedules. Prepare responses to inquiries and action correspondence, Program Management Reviews, and Case Reconciliation Reviews. Prepare Annual Case Review via the Case Execution and Performance Tool. Develop presentations for Case Managers and provide support at Foreign Military Sales PMRs, CRRs, and Financial Management Reviews required.   Position Requirements Required Education, Skills, and Experience: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution within a related industry 15 years' professional experience in Foreign Military Sales support; Supervisory experience; experience communicating with SES/Flag level personnel Must be a US Citizen Secret Clearance Desired Education, Skills, and Experience: Master's degree from an accredited institution within a related industry Project Management Professional (PMP) 15+ years' professional experience in Foreign Military Sales support; Experience with Adaptive Acquisition Framwork DoD/DoN procedures and Policies (DoD 5000 process); Foreign Military Sales Some TCG customers require individuals providing support to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 in accordance with Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommendations.
