Digital Marketing Specialist- REMOTE

Reporting to: Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Phoenix, AZ / REMOTE + travel
Position Summary:
This position will report to the Digital Marketing Manager, a part of the Trulieve Marketing department. Top-level duties include administer websites, publish products and content, reporting performance, monitor and optimize online marketing campaigns, and SEO. Facilitating our multi-state, omni-channel digital marketing & messaging.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute, support, and facilitate the management of corporate websites, and brand websites. Includes SEO, CMS, go-live products, build out of product pages, and store listings.
- Weekly reporting of all operational websites: Quantitative & qualitative
- Manage pay-per-click (PPC), display media, programmatic, and video advertising campaigns with media partners and vendors.
- Establish clear reporting cadence, expectations, and instill performance-based ideologies throughout all vendors
- Weekly quantitative reporting on paid media campaign performance: KPI driven metrics, benchmark goals, sentiment, and analysis for curate data-driven marketing decisions.
- This position will oversee tasks assigned to a team that maintains marketing compliance across all digital media such as the Trulieve website, Google My Business listings, and other partner platforms.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred: Marketing, Advertising, IT, or similar
- Digital Marketing experience- 1-2 years
- Preferred Digital Marketing certificates: Google Analytics (required), Google Ads (preferred), HubSpot Marketing/Hootsuite Marketing (preferred) or similar.
- Flexibility of hours - nights and weekends
- Technology proficiency preferred (CRM/eCommerce/MS office)
- Belief in relationship building and working as part of a team to achieve goals/results
- Organized, responsible and flexible in a fast-paced growth environment
WORK SCHEDULE:
- 40 hours weekly with flexible hours depending on business needs.
- Must be available to work occasional evenings, weekends and holidays
