We arelooking for a Customer Engagement Center (CEC) Receptionist to provide that Raving Fan experience to each guest contacting us throughour Customer Engagement Center. The CECreceptionist works within our Marina & Dealership Support team which provides support to our marinas and dealerships across Georgia and South Carolina. Thisindividualis primarily responsible for answering incoming calls to our business office, directing them to the appropriate associate, as well as taking messages and/or directing them to the associates voice mail, when applicable. The CEC receptionistwill also be responsible for answering general questions and providing basic information about our locations to the public. Additional clerical responsibilities and related tasks may be required of the receptionist. This position is primarily work-from-home but will require a commute to the Athens, Georgia area from time to time. Responsibilities: Provide a high level of customer service with a friendly attitude. Provide organized and detailed notes/messages. Direct calls to and from the business office. Provide customers with information such as our location addresses, websites, and other related information. Evaluate customer satisfaction and ensure we are meeting quality standards for customer service.
