The Associate Creative Director is responsible for developing or overseeing full design development and contributing to visual realization of agency creative products across all media channels - direct mail, print, digital, broadcast and OOH.     What You'll Be Doing Collaborating with copy and art partners to create direct marketing and advertising materials in all media to solve client communication and marketing needs. Working in cross-departmental agency team(s) — copy, art, account services, production — to define creative output: concepts, strategies, and tactics to meet (and exceed) objectives. Responsible for the visual execution of work to maximize response and fulfill both client brand standards and agency expectations for excellence across all media. Managing the development of or provides strategically-sound, results-oriented creative concepts that satisfy client objectives as defined in the Creative Brief document and refined through ongoing verbal and written direction. Handling all aspects of assigned accounts/projects from concept development through production phase of creative development process, as well as contributing to and assuring quality of agency’s visual product. Working with project management, production, and account services to manage work, budget, and scheduling criteria. Maintaining quality control on all materials, including materials from freelance workers and production houses for assigned accounts/projects. Effectively presenting creative concepts and alternatives to clients as needed. Coaching/mentoring junior level creative personnel to ensure productivity and continued growth. Contributing to design process and concept/comp development in the agency on an ongoing basis. Contributing to agency new business development initiatives, including creative development work and/or helping to identify, prospects and obtain new clients. Assumes additional responsibilities as required.   Position Requirements What We're Looking For Demonstrated skills and ability, via a combination of: Portfolio of inspired, award-worthy client work Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university 8-10 years of experience Experience in a range of consumer, industrial, corporate and institutional advertising assignments across a variety of media, including digital, print and broadcast. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Adobe XD, After Effects experience all a plus). A new colleague to fit in with DMW teammates who values talent, curiosity, and initiative.
