Location: Monticello, FL

Job Summary:

This rewarding role in the Manufacturing Operations Support Department will partner with Cultivation, Processing, or Supply Chain. A key component of manufacturing is its workforce, and its success depends on its ability to drive operations with adequately trained and qualified talent, resources, and tools. In this rewarding position, the Manufacturing Operations Support Coordinator will assist in efforts to implement and execute proactive on-the-job training, operations support, and support employee culture strategies with new, creative tactics and delivery models that will give production a competitive edge. The Manufacturing Operations Support Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the standards of an organization's talent by providing comprehensive training post orientation and as needed throughout employment. Production is looking for a dynamic, creative, and passionate leader. We are looking for Learning, Operations, and Culture applicants with a creative mindset towards modern learning approaches, a keen understanding of effective design methodology, technical aptitude, analytical, operations-focused, and a desire to drive scalable strategic advancement toward transformative training and operations support program.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provides feedback and reporting concerning training challenges such as but not limited to Comprehension, Delivery methods, technical difficulties, and Process Improvement needs.

· Gather and evaluate information from employees and management on previous on-the-job training to identify weaknesses and areas that need additional training.

· Oversee and execute the operations support and training strategy in partnership with Regional and Site Senior Leaders.

· Schedule and Coordinate training in partnership with L&D within the Cultivation, Processing, Support and Supply Chain divisions.

· Continually identify and recruit well rounded and motivated training personnel within the organization to form part of the TruU trainer and buddy system program.

· Responsible for building a high-quality on-the-job training team to develop a positive training atmosphere while continually evaluating the effectiveness of the available programs.

· Champion employee engagement and facilitate business success by fostering a culture focused on continuous learning.

· Uphold best practices and corporate education principles for training.

· Lead, inspire, and champion culture-focused initiatives and provide related training.

· Partner with Site Leaders to review and propose necessary updates and improvements to current standard operating procedures, then participate in the implementation.

· Follow and improve KPIs related to operational productivity through best practices and SOP's.

· Establish and maintain strong and effective leadership credibility through decisive problem solving.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

· 1-3 years of relevant experience.

· 2+ years of professional-level experience in operations.

· 2+ years of team leadership experience.

· 3+ years of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite 365.

· Ability to coach and mentor employees one-on-one and in a group setting.

· Must be able to build effective relationships quickly across departments and create an environment of accountability and excellence in coordination, coaching, training, and development.

· Self-Motivated and high level of interpersonal skills.

· Attention to detail in Coordination of personnel, equipment, materials, and resources necessary to conduct programed training sessions, while being proficient in composing, typing, proofing materials, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines.

· Professional level spelling, grammar, written, and oral communication skills.

· Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred, but not mandatory.
