(NASDAQ: CDEV) is currently seeking a Production Engineer to report to the Production Team Lead. The Production Engineer will be a key member of the Production team and be expected to manage an assigned area of production, working side by side with a full asset team, manage flowback and initial lift install, troubleshoot failures and design workover procedures, manage chemical programs, and manage LOE for the area. The ideal candidate will have technical and communication skills and be able to contribute his/her expertise while working on multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment. This position is located in Midland, TX. Responsibilities and Expectations: Oversee an assigned production area within the Delaware Basin Within the area of responsibility, work closely with a full asset team including field operations, reservoir engineering, geology, facilities, land, regulatory, completions, and drilling Coordinate with the field operations team to optimize base production and reduce downtime Spend time in the field as needed. Design, analyze, and optimize artificial lift systems, including rod lift, gas lift, ESP’s, jet pumps and plunger lift Review and optimize chemical programs treating scale, corrosion, H2S, etc. Create cost estimates and AFE’s for new drill wells, workovers, recompletions, and well maintenance operations Coordinate with wellsite supervisor and service providers to execute workover procedures Lead regularly scheduled well reviews with field operations and reservoir engineers Analyze well failures, make and implement recommendations for optimization Monitor LOE and capital spending to ensure compliance with budgets Demonstrate Health, Safety & Environmental leadership On call support, including nights and weekends may be required Compensation & Benefits Information: Salary range is approximately $102,000 - $130,000, depending on specific experience* Other forms of compensation for this position include: Target bonus of 20% of base salary and any eligible overtime wages (discretionary based on company and individual performance) Additional employment benefits for this position include: Medical, dental & vision coverage Flexible Spending & Health Savings accounts 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with employer match Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) Basic Life & AD&D insurance Supplemental Life & AD&D insurance Employee Assistance Plan (EAP) Short- & Long-Term Disability coverage Adoption assistance program Educational assistance program PTO Plan based on relevant experience LOA benefits including parental leave *Please note that Centennial may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range provided.
