Position Requirements

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES *

  • Assist in Facilitating & monitoring the movement (both physically & electronically) of: All incoming medicated & non-medicated items; All outgoing items for both internal distribution & wholesale clients
  • Communicate ongoing with Inventory Vault Manager, Purchasing, and Sales Team regarding any customer or product concerns or items requiring follow-up.
  • Enter receive orders into the inventory system with all compliance relevant information
  • Pick items for orders based on daily/weekly allocations
  • Verify all fulfilled orders are correct
  • Applies compliance stickers/labels to individual products
  • Packs product pulled for orders into case packs
  • Applies compliance labels/stickers to case packs
  • Create spreadsheets for all outgoing products on both internal transfer & wholesale orders with all compliance relevant information, and transmits that data to the sales rep team
  • Pack orders into secured, tamper evident containers while they are awaiting transport
  • Loads orders onto transport vans upon arrival
  • Maintain compliance on all incoming & outgoing items through METRC & MJ Platform
  • Maintain accurate inventory (less than 1% variance.)
  • Continually participate in updated training

QUALIFICATIONS *

  • Excellent verbal communications and customer service skills.
  • Experience in a retail, hospitality, and sales setting is required.
  • Willingness to go above and beyond for our customers and for the team.
  • Basic sales skills & product knowledge.
  • Must have a flexible schedule and be able to adapt on short notice based on customer needs long shifts and some weekends may be required.
  • Ability to drive for long periods of time.
  • Ability to successfully handle high stress situations.
  • Able to work in a team and independently.
  • Able to work in a fast moving environment.
  • Self-driven with strong organizational skills; attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate through various formats including phone and email.
  • Must be over the age of 21 with reliable transportation, a clean driving record, and a valid driver's license.
  • Must be legally qualified to work in the US

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS*

  • The Distribution Associate understands that deliveries will be picked up outside the vault.
  • The Distribution Associate will not allow unauthorized individuals inside of the secured storage vault.
  • The Wholesale Inventory Associate agrees to adhere to the procedures as outlined in the following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):
    • Trulieve SOP for Distro Packing & Fulfillment
    • Trulieve SOP for Distro Delivering an Order
    • Trulieve SOP for Flower Intake
    • Trulieve SOP for Order Rejection
    • Trulieve SOP for Receiving Medicated Goods
    • Trulieve SOP for Receiving Non-Medicated Goods
    • Trulieve SOP for Preparing a Sales Order
    • Trulieve SOP for Creating a Purchase Order
    • Trulieve SOP for Intercompany Transfers
  • The Distribution Associate understands they are to notify leadership immediately should there be any instances of controls not being in place or if there needs to be an assessment of the current control environment.
  • The Distribution Associate understands they are responsible for the inventory in the secured storage vault and must be able to explain any variances in product.
  • The Distribution Associate understands they are expected to adhere to all Pennsylvania Department of Health Services regulations as outlined in the state's Medical Marijuana Program.

EDUCATION *

  • Minimum High School or G.E.D equivalent is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant course of study is desirable.
