This is a full-time (M-F, 9-5), temp position with the ability to work partially from home.  Duties as follows: In-home and In-Office Re/Assessment of required needs and monitoring of services of older adults Development and implementation of a written case plan of social services needs Completing case notes and daily logs Conducting monthly support groups Organizing and managing of weekly activities   Position Requirements Spanish and/or Russian speaking BSWs strongly encouraged to apply.
