In-Store Service Representative 

Description The Home Depot In-Store Service Representative is responsible for ensuring MRCG in-stock products in assigned Home Depot stores is maintained at the highest quality level. The Service Rep ensures displays are functional, current and merchandised with POP materials, verifies adequate inventory levels through cycle counts and store contacts, maintains the cleanliness and appearance of boxes on the shelves by down stocking, if necessary, ensures the removal and markdown of damaged products, assists customers in aisles, and serves as a representative to the Home Depot associates by answering questions and supporting resolution of customer service issues.  
Position Requirements To become a vital member of our team, a minimum of three years retail merchandising, preferably in a Home Center is required. In addition, the incumbent must convey superior customer service skills and strong communication skills, multi-tasking skills and ability to independently prioritize and execute work tasks. The ability to travel within a designated territory is required. A valid driver's license and passage of MVR review is needed to qualify for the position.
