Contract Recruiter 


We are looking for an Onboarding Recruitment Specialist to join our team! This is a contract position that will last 90 days and may be converted to a Full Time team member once 90 days is reached. In this position, you are responsible for providing candidates and employees with a seamless transition into the company through an exceptional onboarding experience.

Position Requirements
  • Screen candidate applications, conduct phone interviews, and arrange in person interviews between the applicant and the hiring manager
  • Arrange for new hires to complete pre-employment drug test and DOT physical if applicable
  • Request offer letters and coordinate pre-employment paperwork between the candidate and HR
  • Assist the hiring manager with ordering company equipment such as cell phones, pay cards and e-mail address
  • Coordinate and deliver new hire orientation PowerPoint presentation
  • Ensure new hire paperwork is completed including I-9 verification
  • Review company policies with new employees and ensure compliance with signatures
  • Complete all required harassment training during onboarding
  • Provide new hires with answers to questions, work with the hiring managers to make sure they receive the support needed
  • Provide and document the required safety and compliance training in order for the new team member to begin his/her assignment
