Share Email Opening Title Management Analyst II  Category Management/Other Analyst   Description This effort will assist in creating a network of likeminded allies and partners with increased threat reduction capabilities that contribute and advance the interests and security of the United States of America. It will assist in building strategic relationships with key international partners that enhance threat reduction on a global scale. It will also support the resilience of the global nonproliferation framework by building partner capacities to enforce the tenants of that framework. The Management Analyst II will be responsible for providing operational support. The Management Analyst II will be expected to seek and assume higher levels of technical responsibility, manage time effectively across more than one initiative, and apply sound technical judgment. Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited To: Assist CTR leadership in defining CTR requirements, establishing long-range plans, defining project and program success factors, and implementing assessment methodologies. Develop recommendations to the CTR leadership and facilitate the identification of trends and the desired future state for the CTR Program. Build and present program briefings and update project schedule and calendars. Track and respond to office taskings. Participation in meetings, trips, workshops, and related information gathering events. Support production of sustainment plans, analyses, cost estimates, and related supporting documents. Document best practices across all programs. Produce analytical reports. Assist with proposal development, if necessary. Perform other duties, as assigned.   Position Requirements Experience: Minimum of four (4) to nine (9) years’ related experience. Demonstrated experience assisting and supporting complex or numerous projects. Demonstrated experience at developing requirements, establishing long-range plans, defining project and program success factors. Demonstrated experience working with AFRICOM, INDOPACOM, CENTCOM, or EUCOM highly desired. DoD or security cooperation program experience desired. Previous experience with DTRA desired. Education: MA/MS Other Required Skills & Abilities: Must be able to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement: COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement.
