Together we build our future! Cogent is currently seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Warehouse Associate to join our team in Riverside Missouri. This position is accountable for handling the necessary functions of operations to ensure orders and inventory will be received, picked, packed, shipped, and stored accurately. This position is also responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse. Must be detail-oriented, accurate, and able to follow directions. The position requires the ability to work well within a team and exercise good judgment in all aspects of the work. Essential Responsibilities: Picking, packing, and staging orders Clean and organize the warehouse to maintain a safe working environment Operate a forklift Data entry into ERP Put away inventory as directed Cycle Counting   Position Warehouse Associate   Position Requirements Qualified candidates will have the following knowledge, skills, and abilities: HS Diploma or equivalent Lift up to 49 pounds Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and forklifts to move items around Go up and down stairs (where applicable) Work and be comfortable at heights of up to 30 feet Good verbal and written communication skills Forklift experience preferred ERP data entry experience is a plus Who we are: Cogent is a growing, Midwest company that provides creative and innovative fluid processing solutions.
