Each order needs to be bagged properly and placed into a cart or carriage carefully. It is vitally important that you treat each person with the courtesy, friendliness, and the respect that they deserve. The last impression is a lasting impression and can be a critical factor in whether the customer comes back to our store. Your demeanor and attitude will make a difference each and every time a customer comes into our store.   Position Requirements Good oral communications skills; Able to speak clearly Reliable, good work ethic Clean presentable appearance Available in terms of scheduling of their hours Good customer service skills, friendly, out-going, helpful Ability to stand for four consecutive hours, without restrictions Good team player; Able to work with fellow associates to achieve goals Jon's Marketplace is a drug free workplace • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and use both hands to handle objects, tools or controls; • Frequently walk, talk, or hear, and reach with the hands and arms; occasionally crouch or kneel; • Be able to lift or exert up to 15 lbs.
