Zimbrick Honda and Honda Service Center are looking for an experienced, loyal, and motivated person to fill our Dual-Store Parts Associate position. Your excellent communication and corroboration will play a key role in delivering Outstanding Customer Service at both of our Honda locations.
What You Will Do
Provide our technicians with the correct parts to maximize their efficiency
Pull parts orders for daily shipments, deliveries or pick-ups
Monitor parts inventory levels and assist with inventory reconciliation
Partner successfully with the service and collision departments
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction for wholesale, retail and internal customers
Maintain strong relationships with outside vendors and wholesale accounts
Follow all safety requirements, including but not limited to forklift training/certification and operation, MSD, OSHA Right-to-Know, and Hazmat certification
Complete all factory-required training programs
Deliver a prompt, efficient, and timely flow of paperwork to accounting dept.
