Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time Responsibilities:  Assess and provide physical therapy treatments as ordered by physician. Administer all types of physical therapy treatments including patient or resident education. Notify nursing personnel so they can assist with the patient or resident care plan. Observe patient or resident response to physical therapy and make recommendations to the physician. Perform safety and infection control procedures to ensure a safe and clean environment for the patients, residents, and staff. Complete clerical records and forms to ensure continuity and quality of patient's or resident's care. Education and License: Requires a bachelor degree, or its equivalency, in Physical Therapy from an institution accredited by A.P.T.A. and/or A.M.A.  The physical therapist must be currently registered and in good standing with the North Dakota State Examining of Physical Therapists or be working on licensure.
