Core Responsibilities: Show the proof of concept that direct lysis of blood (without nucleic acid isolation) followed by PCR might be the most efficient way to process the samples. Compare data between qPCR and ddPCR. Learn multiple important molecular biology techniques such as qPCR, ddPCR, understand the basic concepts regarding CAR-Ts, experiment design and data analysis.   Primary Duties: Design, conduct and trouble shoot experiments Molecular biology based lab work Presentation of data in meetings   Position Requirements Position Requirements: Understanding of basic molecular biology Basic lab experience (pipetting, solution prep) and lab safety Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0+   Full-Time/Part-Time Seasonal   Location South San Francisco, CA   This position is currently not accepting applications.
