Mental Health Worker/Case Manager 

Description

Responsibilities include monitoring, supervising and/or training residents in adult daily living skills, i.e. hygiene, chores, nutrition, budgeting, leisure time. Provides supportive counseling, assistance and role modeling in the areas of interpersonal and social skills. Guides residents in the use of family and community support systems. Develops and conducts social/leisure activities for residents in individual and group settings. Monitors and documents symptom and medication response. Educates residents about physical and psychiatric illness, medication and side effects. Other responsibilities include completing daily documentation, transportation of residents and house maintenance duties.

Schedule is nights to include weekends, 32 hours per week.

 
Position Requirements

Education/Experience: Associate's Degree or equivalent and one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Credentials: Washington State Agency Affiliated Counselor Registration

Other Credentials Required: First Aid/CPR Certification, Food Handler's Permit, Driver's License, Vehicle Liability Insurance
