Evident, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CPSI, is searching for a motivated and multi-talented individual with a passion for customer service to join our Client Services Division Clinical Client Care team. They will interact in a collaborative team environment and must demonstrate empathy to customers and fellow employees.

The Client Care Representative provides frontline software support to customers while providing a positive experience to fulfill their needs. Proactive problem solving and excellent communication skills are a must as is the ability to exhibit agility by multitasking effectively in an ever-changing environment.

The position offers flexible remote work option.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Demonstrates excellent working knowledge of the Companys software applications
  • Supports customers on assigned software applications using exceptional research/analysis, troubleshooting and testing skills with minimal assistance.
  • Clearly and succinctly communicates customer issues, questions and/or needs within the Evident customer management system.
  • Resolution of complex and/or critical patient safety situations through use of strong critical thinking skills, application knowledge and best practices.
  • Conducts departmental educational in-services independently.
  • Conveys complex application, customer needs and/or technical information to appropriate peers and/or leadership to ensure appropriate resolution is applied.
  • Reviews continuing education materials with each software update to remain knowledgeable on system functionality and software updates.
  • Completes other projects as assigned by the Leadership team.
  • Participates in Evident customer conferences and/or training when required.
  • Demonstrates the ability to consistently uphold our corporate brand values Collaborative, Dependable, Proactive, Empathetic and Agile.
  • Potential for minimal travel may occur.
Position Requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university or similar experience with supporting Health Informatics

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proficient computer applications such as but not limited to:  Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, database concepts.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to process technical details
  • Excellent organizational, project management, communication and presentation skills.
  • Presents a professional and positive image at all times.
  • Ability to work productively both independently and as a team member in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to effectively present complex information and respond to questions from a diverse audience
