Position Operations Associate  
Location FL - Coral Gables  

Position Overview/Summary

An Operations Associate is an entry-level position consisting of performing basic data entry, repetitive tasks in volume, and managing the front desk calls and visitors. This position is often the first person a visitor interacts with when visiting the company so it is critical that this role remain professional at all times. Adherence to company policies and procedures, assigned shifts, remaining flexible with job assignments and changes within the role, department, and company are required.

Job Duties:

  • Ensure timely arrival for assigned work shift
  • Handle day to day client needs by phone or in person
  • Maintain excellent quality and productivity on all work products, verified in regular QA
  • Provide exceptional customer service and accurate information, consistently
  • Use various systems to process work (Indexing)
  • Carry outgoing mail to the post office daily and return with incoming mail by walking outside approximately 5 mins to/from the office
  • Data entry of application information and phone statistics using Excel and other database systems
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Ability to learn multiple computer systems quickly and efficiently
  • Ability to work both independently, and as a member of a team
  • Willingness to make good decisions and judgement calls using company provided information when needed
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in the English language
  • Must have the aptitude to learn, retain, interpret, and effectively access various forms of information
  • Basic knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
Position Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or Associate Degree (preferred), or the equivalent in specialized knowledge and experience
  • Experience: 2 years general office duties, preferably in P & C Insurance, data entry, customer service, or the equivalent in specialized knowledge and experience
  • Bilingual candidates desired.
