Share Email Opening Title Nuclear Weapons SME  Req Number OTH-22-00009   Requisition Category Proposal   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Location Kirtland AFB, NM   Description The Nuclear Weapons SME will directly support the Nuclear Technology and Integration Directorate, Nuclear Surety and Certification Division (AFNWC/NTS). This division is responsible for guiding and managing the Air Force's Nuclear Certification Program, independently assessing Nuclear Surety, and executing Compatibility Certification of all Air Force and Allied air-delivered nuclear capabilities. Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited To: Provide assessments of new technology efforts for Air Delivered vehicles as well as assisting with developing requirements for future technologies. Combine knowledge of Nuclear Surety and Certification to provide support of all Air Force and Allied air-delivered nuclear capabilities. Comfortable working on ill-defined problems with many variables. Assist with proposal development, if necessary.
