Upon award, you will: Provides oversight for junior staff, manage high- visibility, mission- critical programs. Oversee requirements management and traceability, conduct feasibility studies, and provide documentation of design and change results.   Position Requirements Required Education, Skills and Experience: 5 years’ experience administering and maintaining a requirements documentation related to a defense program. Web-based collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint). IBM Rational Dynamic Object Orient Requirements Systems (DOORS) certification. U.S. Citizenship is a prerequisite. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. his position is contingent upon and subject to the award of the contract from the government.
