Share Email Opening Title Operations Manager II  Category Operations   Description We are seeking an Operations Manager II to support the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) located in Ft. Belvoir, Virginia. This effort will assist in creating a network of likeminded allies and partners with increased threat reduction capabilities that contribute and advance the interests and security of the United States of America. It will assist in building strategic relationships with key international partners that enhance threat reduction on a global scale. It will also support the resilience of the global nonproliferation framework by building partner capacities to enforce the tenants of that framework. The Operations Manager IIwill manage and execute operations and administrative duties, including researching, refining, and responding to various operations, administrative, and programmatic suspenses, taskers, and data calls. Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited To: Prepare, edit, and update briefings and other operational documentation as required. Recommend process improvements to internal operations and administrative procedures as needed. Consult with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverables. Monitor the performance of each task area and manage all problems and accomplishments. Gather, process, and analyze operational data. Assist with proposal development, if necessary.
