You will play the crucial role of being the voice of Zimbrick by providing Outstanding Customer Service in person and over the phone. Mastering your personal communication skills is the goal of every member of our team.
What You Will Do
Receives and properly routes in bound calls for the dealership
Assist customers in person and over the phone to help with any of their needs
Maintain the customer waiting area
Make outbound calls to customers to follow up after service appointments
Review repair orders and collect payment during vehicle pick-up process
Reconcile cash drawer
