Monday to Friday, Flexible 8-4. 7:30-3:30, or earlier Assist with linkage to external resources such as, but not limited to recovery-based supports such as 12-step meetings, medical benefits, PCP, specialty doctors, food banks, transportation, obtaining and maintaining basic living needs and skills related to housing, food, psychiatric and medical care, transportation, socialization, education, and employment. Also, assist consumers in obtaining valid, state identification when applicable. Familiar with resources in the Philadelphia area. Coordinate service delivery with other service providers and monitor the client's progress.   Position Requirements BSW with experience working with adults within Drug and Alcohol is also highly preferred.   This position is currently not accepting applications.
