Hui Huliau employees help us achieve this mission by providing outstanding service to our customers.   Shift Days   Description Pono Aina Management, LLC a subsidiary of Hui Huliau is seeking a Operations and Maintenance Manager in Maui, Hawaii. Overview: The Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Manager (OMM) manages all contractor personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Department of Defense (DoD) Civil Engineering (CE) facilities, maintenance, repair, and operations, as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Ensures all work is performed in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions of the contract and consistently within the established standards in this PWS and contract. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Directly supervises all O&M personnel. Responsible for all O&M fiscal/budget actions. Manage all O&M facilities, maintenance, repair, and operations and Customer Relationships. Manage all Aspects of O&M Execution. Assume and Manages Fiscal Responsibility for all O&M Actions. Ensure Accurate and Responsive Reporting on all O&M Metrics. Manage O&M Actions/Activities. Material and Equipment Directly Used Office computers and equipment, telephones, radios, Microsoft Office suite of tools, spreadsheets and database outputs and reporting, virtual data sharing platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, etc.) and other forms of remote worksharing tools. Working Environment Primarily performed in an office environment, with work in virtual space, as well as operations centers, network/server rooms, and other datacenter environments. The OMM shall be available between the hours of 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, except during lunch hour, federal holidays or when the government facility is closed for administrative reasons. Physical Activities Must be able to sit, stand, and work at a computer for long periods of time.   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Position Operations and Maintenance Manager   Position Requirements Education / Certifications: Secret Security Clearance U.S. Citizen DoD Civil Engineering Facilities O&M experience preferred. Experience: Minimum of 2-years’ experience in Facilities Operations and Maintenance. Experience Managing DoD CE Facilities, Maintenance, Repair, and Operations. Experience with Real Property, Base Civil Engineering, Preventative Maintenance, Work Plans, Heating/Cooling, Electrical, Grounding and Lightning Protection System (LPS), Equipment Authorization Inventory Data (EAID) Equipment and Power Conditioning and Continuation Interfacing Equipment (PCCIE), Lifts/Elevators, HVAC/Refrigeration, Fire Safety Equipment, Potable Water/Storm Water/Wastewater Management, Backflow Prevention, and Grounds Maintenance, etc. Skills & Technology Used: Microsoft Office Suite of tools Microsoft Teams Hui Huliau and its subsidiaries are participants of E-Verify.
