Job Summary

The Pittsburgh Pirates are looking for a personable and guest focused front desk associate to join the team. In this role you will be the first person to welcome our guests in the Administrative Building at PNC Park. You will be required to greet PNC Park visitors and fans with a smile while providing exceptional service. The front desk associate will be responsible for performing front desk administrative duties during games including evening and weekend hours.



  1. Greets clients, visitors and guests of Administrative Lobby to determine purpose of visit.
  2. Maintain logs for package delivery and disbursement, visitors and all incidents that occur in the administrative lobby.
  3. Adhere to all Pirate and PNC Park policies, practices and procedures.
  4. Know the security manual and emergency response plan in detail.
  5. Execute guest pass program.
  6. All other duties as assigned by the Director, Facility Operations and Strategy


  1. Substitute for daytime Front Desk Associate.
  2. Substitute for Mailroom Courier to sort/distribute incoming mail/packages, and process all outgoing mail/packages, as needed.
Position Requirements


  1. High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience or Associate Degree with a minimum of one ( year of customer service experience.
  2. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  3. Ability to work front desk during games (nights and weekends).


  1. Customer service experience.
  2. Speaking and writing experience.
