The Customer Service Manufacturing Representative is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. Primary responsibilities include: Delivering a comprehensive service to enquiring customers Liaison between our customers and the manufacturing floor Possibly delegating certain customer enquiries to specific teams Managing a large number of incoming calls and emails Managing customers’ accounts Product knowledge and/or ability to quickly acquire product information to answer customer questions Keeping a record of customer interaction and details of actions taken Communicating with internal teams to discuss sales targets Generating sales leads, building sustainable relationships where necessary Reporting back on results Supports Key Account Manager Assist in shipping & receiving as needed Other tasks as assigned     Position Requirements Education / Skills High school diploma or equivalent G.E.D College degree preferred Manufacturing experience a plus Excel, Word, & Powerpoint experience required Excellent verbal and written communication skills The ability to maintain calm under pressure Efficiency and organizational skills Administrative skills Computer literacy, in order to type up reports, results and details of customer interaction APG is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
