We are seeking Program/Systems Analyst to join our team in Norfolk, VA, supporting our Navy customer. The ideal candidate will:
- Provide quality analytical and non-personal support services in the development, maintaining, and streamlining of accounting and billing division support databases, workflows, and processes.
- Maintain and develop process updates that meet the current FIAR requirements for all databases, spreadsheets, shared files and websites utilized to maintain inventories and billing databases containing information such as: accounting, billing, budgeting, customer billing products, and vendor data files utilized for the processing of vendor invoices for payment, as well as for producing internal and external billing reporting products.
- Make recommendations and updates to SOPs to improve timeliness and accuracy of billing users for services delivered.
