In this position you would help the dealership run smoothly! Cars cannot be repaired without parts and this position ensures we receive all those parts on time. You also get the chance to provide Outstanding Customer Service to both internal and external customers by making sure they receive the correct parts at the correct time.
What You Will Do
Ensure that the dealership receives all the materials/parts they were supposed to
Prepare items that need to be shipped from the dealership to the manufacturers or other locations
Assist with inventory
Back up person for Shipping and Receiving Clerk when they are absent or need assistance
Put away inventory
Put new inventory into stock and put away
Do perpetual inventories
Fill in for Parts Delivery Driver
Accuracy and attention to detail is important with this position
