JOB DESCRIPTION Qvale Auto dealership is seeking a team member to join our team. The desired candidate will maximize office productivity through proficient use of appropriate software applications. The Accounting clerk will be the back-up to the accounting staff and have multiple duties including: Reconcile schedules including, but not limited to, warranty, cash sales, cash clearing and accounts receivable Billing Tag & Title Accounts payable and accounts receivable Work with accounting department heads to resolve issues that arise Post & reconcile factory statements Inventory reconciling and stocking in Month end schedule responsibilities as assigned Maintain records by filing documents for entire department Confidentiality is a must Previous experience in the automotive industry desired Maintains Customer Satisfaction at or above company standards Other duties as deemed necessary BENEFITS Competitive Pay Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance Excellent Advancement Opportunities   Position Requirements QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or GED required; some post high school education or training preferred Three years of relevant experience Working knowledge of CDK/ADP Dealer Management Systems Excellent telephone skills Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress Strong organizational and time management skills Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor Highly professional and dependable Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Excel Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment Working knowledge of the industry Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed     About the Organization Qvale Auto Group has over 70 Years in the automotive industry, beginning in California and now owning and operating 3 dealerships in Florida.
