Description

George School, a Quaker boarding/day grades 9-12 college preparatory school located in Newtown, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, seeks an Annual Fund Manager.

The Annual Fund Manager reports to the Director of Advancement Strategy and is an integral part of the school's advancement team. This position is responsible for the strategic execution and management of a comprehensive annual giving program. He/she supports and develops a coordinated matrix of communication and solicitation strategies involving email, direct mail, phone, personal visitation and volunteer engagement, all focused on shaping a sustainable tradition of annual support and increasing alumni and parent participation through fund-raising efforts.

 
Position Requirements
  • Fundraising experience in education preferred
  • Volunteer management experience a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Excellent organizational, administration, telephone, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate as well as work independently
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple assignments, and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment, while maintaining strict attention to detail
  • Experience with donor databases, specifically Raiser’s Edge software a plus
