Description

The Information Technology Manager will be a critical leader in the rapid growth of an early-stage company with significant upside. The Information Technology Manager will advise the Director of Security and execute critical infrastructure development projects as the company scales. This position will lead the development of the company's information technology (IT) operations and systems. The Information Technology Manager is responsible for leading the development and ensuring the implementation, of a comprehensive information security program in order to maintain the integrity, availability, privacy, and protection of systems and data from both internal and external threats.

 
Position Requirements

Major Job Activities:

  • Windows Server, Office 365, Azure management.
  • Exchange Online, Sharepoint, Teams management, policy and security configurations.
  • Intune device management.
  • Plan, organize, schedule, and supervise the day-to-day technical support activities, including troubleshooting, customer service issues, approvals, and installations.
  • Hardware & software licensing and purchasing.
  • Management and troubleshooting of firewalls, access points, and other network infrastructure.
  • Supervises external IT vendors.
  • Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Oversee management of IT equipment and parts inventory.
  • Guides process and policy for NIST 800-171.
  • Ensure proper protection and/or corrective measures have been taken when an incident or vulnerability has been discovered.
  • Advises the Director of Security on critical IT decisions.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in related field preferred.
  • 5+ years relevant work experience.
  • Experience working on FOUO/CUI/PII processing systems.
  • Prior experience with both creating and submitting security documentation.
  • Applicant will have working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems.
  • Working knowledge of Cloud Computing networks and communication equipment, protocols, and troubleshooting tools.
