Master Fluid Solutions has an opening for a full-time Accounting Assistant/Accounts Payable position and would like you to apply. Reporting to the North American Controller, this position will perform a variety of accounting-related tasks to aid and support the overall need of the Payroll and the Accounting Department. This position will pay between $21-$26 per hour ($44-54K annualized)  plus annual bonus, $2,000 signing bonus and full Medical, Dental, Vision starting day 1 and a 5% 401k match!  POSITION SUMMARY: The Accounting Assistant/Accounts Payable Clerk processes accounts payable invoices, PO invoices, payments, and reconciliations. Assists in processing of Payroll submission through ADP, as well as Time-Off Balances management and Expense Reporting. Performs general accounting duties and assists the North American Controller and Director of Finance and Accounting as needed. ILLUSTRATIVE DUTIES: Assumes responsibility for all Payroll and personnel file management Responsible for inputting and processing payroll Calculates and processes special pays – incentives, commissions, etc. Processes payroll reports upon request Communicates with payroll company on tax filings Processes 401k contributions Manages Time Off module in payroll system Updates payroll analysis and spreadsheets for budget process 2. Assumes ownership of the Accounts Payable function Processes and allocate manual invoices, not attached to PO Processes Invoices attached to PO receipt and follows open receipts report Processes weekly ACH payments, monthly reoccurring ACH payments, and checks semi-monthly Manages AP Aging Manages Sales and Use Tax filings and payments Generates 1099’s at year end 3. Oversees all company Expense Reporting Manages reporting that tracks monthly employee expenses Reviews and authorizes payment for all submitted expense reports, outside of credit card charges Manages Corporate Credit Card allocations Creates the journal entry for Expense Reimbursements 4. Assists with Commissions function Gathers data and calculates commission for sales staff Processes payments and documents for commissions   Position Requirements MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Requires a high school diploma. Minimum 3 years accounting and two years payroll experience. Good communication skills and business acumen. Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software applications.
