We are currently seeking candidates who are pursuing a Masters, or PHD in Bioinformatics/Computational Biology for an internship assignment during the summer of 2022.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Explore the role of HLA genotype/diversity in immunotherapy (IO) response


Primary Duties:

  • Develop a method to evaluate the HLA diversity based on HLA Class I and II genotype
  • Analyze the internal/external database to determine the association between HLA genotype/diversity and IO reponse, immune phenotype, immune disease, immune-related adverse events, and other measurable clinical features to facilate the understanding of the biological function of HLA in immune system.
