Our client is seeking to hire an Engineering Program Manager to join our team in Washington, DC. Upon award, you will: Plan and conduct statistical data analytics projects and/or studies to evaluate, design, and tabulate statistical sampling plans and analytical procedures and processes. Oversee and manage contractor support operations. Provide direction of engineers and technical experts in contract execution. Provide accounting for contractual expenses. Provide project management and system engineering support to include but not limited to oversight of contract functions, performance, and labor utilization. Provide recommendations for moving personnel to new projects, tasks, or programs as there are dips in activities.   Position Requirements Required Education, Skills and Experience: PMP certification. At least 10 years’ documented experience working in marine industry, in vessel design and construction for ACAT I programs.  At least 5 years’ documented experience in engineering management of a contractor support team for ACAT I program. Familiarity with U.S. Navy, USCG, ABS, and/or commercial ship design rules and regulations. Experienced in MS Office software and AutoCAD. Ability to interact and present technical information verbally and in writing (reports, specifications, drawings, etc.) to internal and external customers. May require occasional travel. U.S. Citizenship is a prerequisite. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.   This position is contingent upon and subject to the award of the contract from the government. You will be hired on a contingency basis. Some TCG customers require individuals providing support to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 in accordance with Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommendations.
