Share Email Opening Title Cemetery Lettering Technicians  Category Manufacturing   Description Wilbert Memorials is seeking Cemetery Lettering Technicians, responsible for the addition of new lettering to existing monuments in cemeteries and in public settings. The successful candidate will employ skills and techniques acquired through training provided by the employer.   Position Requirements Qualifications This job is 100% on the road. 20% overnight potential. Ability to drive a company-provided vehicle, equipment, training, and expenses. Apply the stencil to the item to be engraved. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Will be trained to use portable sandblasting setup to complete tasks. Driver’s license and clean driving record Education/Training/Certifications High School Graduate or GED. Any additional training or experience considered Familiar with graphic lettering layout and design Familiar with computer-assisted design programs Cleans the monuments prior to stencil application Applies the stencil monument and picks letters and designs out of the stencil Apply and patching needed for sandblasting preparation Able and prepared to work outside daily Required Skills: Customer service oriented Attention to detail and commitment to job completion Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet customer expectations Dedicated, motivated, and hardworking Respectful work ethic in cemetery settings This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
