Responsibilities: Works with clients and Sales Team to coordinate logistics and details for private events including weddings, corporate, public, or other social gatherings Professional at all times Accurately budget and invoice clients Meet all deadlines and ensure a high level of satisfaction with clients Work with other Thanksgiving Point departments and employees as needed Uphold Thanksgiving Point’s Mission and Values   Requirements: Exceptional organizational and creative abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confidence with decision-making, working independently and problem-solving Manages time effectively High School Diploma Extensive experience in wedding or event management/coordination Bachelor’s degree or degree in Hotel/Hospitality Education is preferred Basic computer skills and knowledge Pass a background check   EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
