Description

Pay Rate:  $36,000 DOE + 2% commission (addl. $10K to $15K/year)

Full -time: Monday-Friday from 9-5 pm, Saturdays and holidays as needed

Benefits: Medical, Dental, Life, LTD, PTO, 9 company Holiday's, 401K after 1 year of work.

Responsibilities:

  • Works with clients and Sales Team to coordinate logistics and details for private events including weddings, corporate, public, or other social gatherings
  • Professional at all times
  • Accurately budget and invoice clients
  • Meet all deadlines and ensure a high level of satisfaction with clients
  • Work with other Thanksgiving Point departments and employees as needed
  • Uphold Thanksgiving Point’s Mission and Values

 

Requirements:

  • Exceptional organizational and creative abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence with decision-making, working independently and problem-solving
  • Manages time effectively
  • High School Diploma
  • Extensive experience in wedding or event management/coordination
  • Bachelor’s degree or degree in Hotel/Hospitality Education is preferred
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge
  • Pass a background check
