The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for qualifying and investigating new leads, via multiple incoming channels (i.e., Web, chat, principals). The BDR interacts regularly with multiple levels of internal management and representatives from Palmer Holland’s manufacturing partners to support the overall strategy.
