Additionally, employees must be willing to lead and/or participate in Bible study, prayer, devotions and sharing the Gospel.   Summary of Position: The Detail Technician is responsible for cleaning the interior and exterior surfaces of all donated and purchased vehicles prepared for retail sale, in a safe and efficient manner.   Duties & Responsibilities:  Vacuum all interior surfaces, spot-clean textile stains, and clean solid surfaces Clean exterior surfaces by hand washing and/or pressure washing, using mechanical buffers, cleaners and polishing compounds Maintain inventory of cleaners, compounds and tools to properly and efficiently complete assigned work Perform minor body repair of scratches and blemishes using buffers and/or wet sanders Stage and photo vehicles for the purpose of marketing Build and maintain strong relationships and demonstrate excellence in teamwork Navigate and use various computer and phone programs (Android or IPhone Apps, Word, Excel, Outlook and others) Seek out opportunities for self-development and participate in training Wage: $ 17.86 - $ 18.57     Position Requirements Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
