We are seeking a Cost Estimator (Junior) to join our team in Arlington, VA, supporting a DoD customer. The ideal candidate will: Provide assistance to Technical Advisory Reports. Evaluate production and engineering service cost proposals and provide engineering cost studies/estimates. Provide expertise and cost models. Provide data and cost estimate necessary for acquisition documentation including the Program Life Cycle Cost Estimates, milestones including the Full Rate Production Decision Review and other ACAT II associated reviews. Provide budget estimates, operating cost baselines, system engineering costs, system integration costs, and Test and Evaluation costs. Conduct business case analysis relative to program procurements on identified data. Coordinate Contract budget requirements such as production support, ECPS, and technical instructions and provide breakdown of for execution of Contract Modifications.   Position Requirements Required Education, Skills and Experience: 1 years experience in financial/cost analysis. Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance. US Citizenship is a prerequisite. Desired Education, Skills, and Experience: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution within a related field. Professional Cost Estimator/Analyst (PCEA) 3+ years’ experience in financial/cost analysis. Experience in constructing complex cost estimates, evaluating proposals and writing Technical Advisory Reports or equivalent cost evaluation reports. Some TCG customers require individuals providing support to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 in accordance with Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommendations.
