We are seeking an Foreign Military Sales Analyst (Mid) to join our team in Arlington, VA, supporting a DoD customer. The ideal candidate will: Support program efforts associated with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases. Support planning, programming, implementing, executing, reconciling and closure of FMS cases. Develop Price and Availability, and Letters of Offer and Acceptance, documentation for FMS cases. Support Foreign Disclosure Reviews, Software Review Checklist, and Missile Technology Control Regime reviews. Prepare Obligational Authority worksheets for case implementation for funds distribution to appropriate activities. Review / monitor FMS case financial status, cost, and payment schedules. Prepare responses to inquiries and action correspondence, Program Management Reviews, and Case Reconciliation Reviews for FMS cases. Prepare Annual Case Review via the Case Execution and Performance Tool. Develop presentations for Case Managers. Support PMRs, CRRs, and Financial Management Reviews.   Position Requirements Required Education, Skills and Experience: 3 or more years’ professional experience in acquisition management support Experience in Foreign Military Sales. Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance. US Citizenship is a prerequisite. Desired Education, Skills, and Experience: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution within a related field. 5+ or more years’ professional experience in acquisition management support; DoD/DoN procedures and Policies (DoD 5000 process); Foreign Military Sales Some TCG customers require individuals providing support to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 in accordance with Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommendations.
