Objectives:        Partner with Manufacturing and OE to perform value stream mapping of manufacturing processes and implement efficiencies identified Primary Duties: Rising undergraduate sophmore, junior or seniors working towards obtaining a Bachelor's degree in (but not limited to) Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biology, or Chemical Engineering. Ability to thoroughly investigate/ perform root cause analysis, identify potential issues and propose solutions through verbal and written communication;  Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of practical problems; Ability to apply common sense understanding and knowledge of when to stop and seek input and approval from management Partner with MS&T, OE, and Manufacturing to solve process and equipment related problems   Position Requirements Knowledgeable of application and practices of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; Technical writing skills preferred. Effective presentation skills. Strong Microsoft application tools proficiency (MS Teams, Word, Excel) Good organizational skills, Situational Leadership Decision making skills Accumulative GPA of 3.0+   Full-Time/Part-Time Seasonal   Location Frederick, MD   This position is currently not accepting applications.
