Responsible for delivery of patient care through the Nursing Process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Directs and guides patient teaching and activities of Nursing Ancillary Personnel. Collaborates with other health care disciplines to provide quality care. May be required to work other patient care units or shifts according to distribution of staff, patients, and/or patient acuity. Performs other duties as assigned.
