Objectives/Goals of the Position:  The Intern will gain experience in Biologics manufacturing by integrating with the Operational Excellence team and completing project(s) in support of the site’s Lean Maturity or developing Standard Work to the AZ standard for process(s).      Primary Duties: The intern will work with an Operational Excellence (OE) Business Partner on a project in manufacturing, quality or MS&T to improve the process. This individual will also work with an OE Business Partner to complete a short-term project in support of the site’s Lean Maturity aligned to the AZ Global Lean Framework.    Position Requirements Rising college sophomores or above pursuing degrees in Industrial Engineering. Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0+. Completion of one of the following courses: Industrial Engineering, Process Improvement, Quantitative Methods, Operations Management or Supply Chain Management 9 or similar course or experience).
