Objective/Goal of the Position:  Develop and apply a LCMS metabolic flux analysis solution for toxicological challenges. Primary Duties: Prepare samples incubated with carbon-13 labeled substrates Develop a LCMS method for metabolic pathways of interest Apply the methodology to determine impact of therapeutics on target pathways.   Position Requirements Master or PhD students majoring in biochemistry, analytical chemistry, or related discipline. HRMS implementation and data interpretation. Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
