Our History

eMDs was founded in 1996 by David Winn, MD, a board-certified family practice physician with a very strong business background who understood the value of having an integrated practice management system which helped physicians focus on patients while optimizing practice financials. Dr. Winn was dissatisfied with offerings on the market, and set out to create his own. The eMDs clinic was first implemented in 1998. Using our own practice management system meant we fully understood what it takes to create the perfect EHR system and why the company built our reputation upon being a highly usable system.

Many years later, we've retained the same values from our early days. We are dedicated to building the best integrated EHR and RCM systems and services. We focus on listening to our customers. And most importantly, we focus on making the practice of medicine enjoyable and fulfilling.

Summary of Job Title: Client service Representative Reps typically support a composite of several operational functions including order processing, case management, contracting, account receivables and host of other general functions. This individual is capable of understanding and interpreting internal policies and using best judgment to perform their duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Establish and cultivate relationships with the customers and business partners.
• May process sales orders, transfer accounts, contract maintenance, generate and assign licenses
• This individual will answer phones, process email requests, and work assigned CRM cases.
Position Requirements
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required including computer skills/level.
• Ability to follow established policies and procedures in their daily work
• Ability to work independently researching and resolving complex issues
• Ability to analyze, evaluate, and present data to customers as well as the executive leadership team
• Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft applications up to and including Microsoft 0ffice, Salesforce, Great Plains, Etc.
Education and/or Experience or both:
Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2 years of experience
