Facilities include clubhouse including member dining and private function rooms, casual restaurant, an 18-hole golf course, outdoor and indoor tennis courts; paddle tennis courts, fitness center, swimming pools, duckpin bowling lanes, ice rink, and overnight guest rooms and nature trail. Chevy Chase Club is a traditional full service private country club open 365 days a year.   Description Chevy Chase Club is expanding our onsite Security team by seeking a Security Officer with open availability to work morning, afternoon, and/or overnight shifts as needed. The Security Officer is responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for all members, guests, and employees 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. He/she accomplishes this through the highest level of physical patrols, personal and electronic surveillance, and on-premise investigations in order to protect the Club's assets, property and provide a safe and secure environment. Qualified applicants are professional, punctual, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication (written & oral) skills. The Security Officer possesses the ability to exercise fairness in all dealings without regard to race, color, creed, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, or political affiliation. Strong interpersonal skills/briefing skills are essential as well as exercising discretion and confidentiality as required. Law enforcement and/or prior security experience is a plus.
