All lodging, food, training and equipment are provided free of charge for the full 9 weeks. UGM camp serves nearly 500 youth ages 8-12 from our areas poorest neighborhoods and shelters by providing a free 5 day camp for at risk, low income youth. For each week of camp, the camp cook provides 12 meals over the course of 5 days for approximately 120 people per meal. Includes menu planning, food ordering, kitchen and volunteer oversight. Cook participates in meetings, chapels and bible studies throughout the week. Responsibilities: Creates summer menu Orders, stocks and rotates food weekly in partnership with UGM food services dept.
